Since I’m away for our usual monthly greenhouse cookery class, I thought it would be fun to invite you along on my trip to France (which is the reason I’m away) where Kirstie Young and I have been teaching a food and photography course at Manoir Mouret which is nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards of Gaillac.
I’ve been sharing my tips for making a great plate of food inspired by the local produce and seasonal food from the land. Kirstie has been showing our guests how to capture that produce, the land it came from and the resulting dishes in knockout photos using just your phone.
